That doesn't affect the font size/color if the person hard-coded the font in their entry. ;)

If you add it to the end of the url of someone else's lj page, it makes their page look like they style you set for yours.

For example:

http://tinsolitus.livejournal.com/
http://tinsolitus.livejournal.com?style=mine
