Make your base


Duplicate 3x set all to SCREEN 100% (this will differ depending on how dark your base is)


New Adjustment Layer - Color Balance
Midtones: 2, -11, 19
Shadows: 1, 13, 24
Preserve Luminance checked

Set Color Balance Layer to SOFT LIGHT 100%


Duplicate base layer, drag to top.

Gausian Blur 2.0 & set layer to SOFT LIGHT 100%


New Adjustment Layer - Hue/Saturation
Saturation +28


Copy Merged - Paste on top

(if you're using PSP follow these steps)
Adjust>Photo Fix>Digital Camera Noise Removal all settings at 25

(If you're using PS you can Gaussian Blur the layer Radius = 2.0 - 4.0)

Take your eraser tool and erase the blurred body- Basically you only want to blur the background and clean it up.


Take a Lens Flare light texture, paste on top.


Set layer to EXCLUSION 100%

Duplicate the layer and set it to SCREEN 100%
Play with the position of the texture

Add text/border or don't and you're done!
