Holiday e-Cards
Info:
1. Requests will be taken through 11:59 pm CDT on Thursday, December 23, 2010. (Find your time here.)
2. Just copy the form and paste it in a comment to fill out and submit.
3. If you do not wish to receive yours via email, you will need to specify how you prefer delivery of your e-Card.
4. Please provide either a picture/pictures of or the name(s) of who you'd like to see pictured on your e-Card. (Especially if you want certain pics, linking me to those will help tremendously.)
