New Layout!

Yes, iconifixation has a new layout, courtesy in part to dooped. It's nothing special due to my limited header-making skills,(which is ironic, considering this is a graphics making community) but I like it all the same. Sorry for the hiatus-esque thing that's been going on, but thanks to our ever-faithful SEVENTEEN watchers! You guys rock!
