I don't know how much sense 09 makes to anyone who doesn't shoot - I first heard of imagery exercises when I started shooting pistol. Essentially, it's off-range practice, where you imagine yourself going through all the actions of shooting, and getting a perfect 10. It's basically a form of mental training, if you will. =P

That one sequence of Alexei Yagudin's was just simply fantastic. I have it on DVD and just watch it over and over, even though I'm not much of a Yagudin fan. o.0 If only I had videos of Brian Joubert or Scott Hamilton. *sigh*
