Please don't take the ones that's posted in our Custom User Pictures page because those are for our personal use. We already make icons available for you to take, please respect the ones that we'd like to keep for ourselves. If you really want it, and it's not posted, the least you can do is ask before using it. If you want something like it, then all you have to do is make a request, details of which is posted in our User Information.
