Image > Adj. > Desaturate (Shift + Ctrl + U)

Duplicate your base, Set that layer in Screen 100%

Duplicate again, Set that layer in Soft light 20%

Make a new layer and fill it with #373636 , Set that layer in Multiply 30%

Make a new layer and fill it with #6d6c6c , Set that layer in Linear Light 30%

Duplicate your base again, Set that layer in Screen 20 - 35%

Layer > Nes fill layer > Gradient  
setting follow like this :   (Set that layer in Darken 60%)

Use this texture 
  , Set that layer Multiply 100%

Use this texture 
 , Set that layer Screen 100%
