1. open you base.

2. open 'selective color'.
Reds: -100, +74, +51, 0.
Yellows: 0, +17, -100, 0.
Neutrals: +12, -20, -9, 0.
set the opacity of the layer to 70%.

3. open 'solid color' and full it with #1b2929.
set the layer mode to exclusion with opacity 75%.

4. open 'levels'.
Rgb:
Input: 0, 1.09, 255.
Output: 0, 255.
Red:
Input: 0, 1.08, 255.
Output: 0, 255.
Green:
Input: 0, 1.00, 255.
Output: 0, 255.
Blue:
Input: 0, 1.10, 255.
Output: 0, 255.

5. open 'selective color'.
Reds: -25, +26, +30, 0.
Yellows: 0, 0, +20, 0.
Whites: -36, -33, -12, -27.
Neutrals: +7, -7, -5, 0.

6. open 'solid color'.
full with #dc0202.
set to luminosity, opacity 25%.

7. open hue/saturation.
Master: Saturation: +17

8. open 'solid color'.
full with #d7afaf.
set to soft light, 20% opacity.

done!

you can change the opacity of the layers
and even delete layers if they are don't give nice colors.
