1. Fill layer #ebdabf set to colour burn
2. Colour balance layer
MIDTONES: -12,0,+14
SHADOWS: -11,0,-4
HIGHLIGHTS :0,0, -11
3. Photo filter layer, "cooling filter (82)" at 25%
4. Selective colour layer
REDS: -20, 0, +33, +53
YELLOWS: +31, 0, 0, +28
WHITES: 0, 0, 0, -34
NEUTRALS: 0, +12, +11, 0
5. Copy merge and filter>other>high pass
set to soft light
6. And I added a nice white gradient on a low opacity to make it a bit shiny
