Shenae Grimes coloring tutorial
Very simple coloring tutorial. Involves Selective coloring and two fill layers, I use Photoshop CS3.

Step one: Crop your base. I was working with a set of pictures from the 90210 premiere party, so I chose Shenae. Duplicate the base and set the top layer to soft light 100%.
Step two: New fill layer - #cbf3f9 color burn 100%
Step three: New fill layer - #b9e8fb soft light 100%
Step four: New Selective Color layer
Red: -100,0,+100,0
Yellow:-100,0,-100,0
White: -100,-8,-14,-3
Neutral: +6,+10,+3,+5
And there ya have it! Simple as that! When using the selective coloring, use my numbers as a guideline, but also make sure it looks good with your image.
