Hey guys! This is my first tutorial, so sorry if you have any problems! Here we go...
First of all, crop your image to size 100x100 pixels. I used this image from the Maine's Pure Volume. I cropped it down to this:


The white space bothers me. So I took the Rectangle Marquee Tool and selected a part of the background and pasted it to fill up the white spot. Like this:


Next we add a selective color layer with these settings:
REDS:
Cyans: 0%
Magentas: +100%
Yellows: -40%
Blacks: -10%
YELLOWS:
Cyans: +100%
Magentas: +40%
Yellows: +100%
Blacks: -100%
NEUTRALS:
Cyans: +30%
Magentas: 0%
Yellows: 0%
Blacks: -10%
Next we need a new color fill layer filled with #8d0077 and set at Saturation 30%.
A curves layer is next, with these settings:
Input: 150
Output: 200
This is optional, but I added this lovely texture by user

Which I set to Screen at 100%.
