Hi. Um I use Paintshop X. And all the colours and quality are going really weird and it's really hard to get the results i want when i try to make icons or graphics.
Try doing a monitor calibration (File -> Color Management ->Monitor Calibration). Might fix your color issues. The quality issues is because you're saving them as .jpgs without fiddling with the compression settings. You can either save your images as .png, or you can hit the 'options' button and change the compression factor. If you want to see the changes and file size while you do it, just hit the 'run optimizer' button.
Forgot to mention, the lower the number the better the image quality and larger the filesize. I use a setting of 5 when saving wallpapers, but use .png to save my icons.
