-Color Balance ..

H:0, -19, 0


-Curves :
RGB: 1st Point: O:105, I:117
now move the point in left corner O:0, O:61 .. < depends in your icon ..


-Selective Color [ optional ]:
R:-34,-9,+15,0
Y:-26,+6,-28,0
N:-10,-12,-10, 0
Blacks:0, 0, 0, +10


and do your magic ..
