Made in: Photoshop CS 3 Extended but i'm pretty sure it can be translated to any version of Photoshop.



Take your base and then duplicate it twice.
set the first layer on screen 40%
set the second layer on soft light 100%
(it really depends on your base , so play with the numbers just make sure your base is not too dark.)
I also sharpened mine


Add a new Layer
fill with #5c0404 and set it to Exclusion 30%


Add a Selective Color layer
Reds:
+100
0
-35
+18

Yellows:
+76
+27
-5
0

Cyans:
+4
0
+2
+1

Neutrals:
+1
-2
-10
+31

Set it to Opacity 90 %


Add a new layer. fill with #f29e3b and set to Soft Light 50%


Add a new layer. fill with #090c2a and set to Exclusion 40%


Add a new layer. fill with #4d89af and set to Soft Light 50%


Duplicate your base, drag it on top and set it to Soft Light 60%
and your done!
