1. Selective color

Reds: -100 1 22 0
Yellows: -100 30 100 0
Cyans: 100 63 -100 -40
Blues: 0 0 0 -100
Whites: 0 0 0 -48
Neutrals: -16 0 0 0

2. Selective color

Reds: -70 0 0 0
Yellows: 100 0 100 0

3. Color Balance

Midtones: -12 0 2
Highlights: 12 0 -10

4. Selective color

Neutrals: 100 -14 -51 0

5. Selective color

Reds: -100 0 27 0
Yellows: -100 0 0 0
Blues: 100 -100 0 100

6. Create a new fill layer (ctrl+shift+n) and fill/color it
with #320000, mode SOFT LIGHT, opacity 30%

7.Create a new curves layer.

Channel: RGB
First point - Input: 106 Output: 127
Second point - Input: 119 Output: 132

Channel: Red
First point - Input: 73  Output: 113
Second point - Input: 87  Output: 117

Channel: Green
First point - Input: 126  Output: 124 
Second point - Input: 150   Output: 144

Channel: Blue
First point - Input: 103  Output: 95 
Second point - Input: 149   Output: 133

7. Create a new hue/saturation
