flood fill is one of the tools on the left sidebar, and color burn is a layer setting. sorry!

you can also just make a 100*100 new document, paste your picture in it and resize it (edit - free transform)
much easier and faster than the 7 steps ^^

and the only reason i dont do that is because i haaate distorting the photo. lol.

you won't distort the picture if you put the same percentage at the width and height box :)
