02. new hue/saturation layer - set the saturation to +14
03. new channel mixer layer
red: +84 ; -4 ; +16 ; 0
04. duplicate this layer one time
05. new selective color layer with these settings:
reds: -100 ; 0 ; +100 ; 0
yellows: -100 ; 0 ; +100 ; 0
cyans: +100 ; 0 ; -100 ; 0
neutrals: +15 ; -9 ; -13 ; +9
blacks: 0 ; 0 ; 0 ; +27
set the opacity down to 68%
06. new selective color layer with these settings:
reds: -100 ; 0 ; +100 ; 0
yellows: -100 ; 0 ; -49 ; +100
cyans: +100 ; 0 ; -100 ; 0
neutrals: +11 ; -10 ; -10 ; -13
07. new selective color layer with these settings:
reds: -59 ; 0 ; +41 ; +25
yellows: -100 ; 0 ; -59 ; +19
08. duplicate the channel mixer layer again and set it to the top. the opacity of this level is up to you, it depends on the image :D
09. new hue/saturation layer - saturation +5
play with your settings, particularly with the channel mixer layer if you want to make your image more/less blue
