We'll make the icon from my Summer collection.

Tutorial for PS written in Russian and English, includes Selective Coloring, but you can skip the step, nothing really changes:)

Also includes Brightness / Contrast Atjustment Layer & Layer Properties.

This tutorial is awesome! You explained every steps with it's significance, that we got to know what difference it makes to the icon. Thank you!
