Oliver Sykes Colouring Tutorial.

in a few easy steps.
okay! so i took my picture of Oliver Sykes and cropped it to 100x100
so take your picture, crop it, make it look the way you want it before you start.
So i took my picture of Oli and cropped it as i said before.
i duplicated the backround and placed that on screen 100%
the i opened a new raster layer and set it to burn with the colour #a4d6e3.
after that layer i opened a new later a set it to exclusion at colour #031646.
Now for an adjustment layer >> colour balance.
midtones >> 15,0,10
highlights >> 0,0,15
shadows >> 0,10,0
play around with the colours.
now for another adjustment layer >> hue/saturation/lightness.
we're only using the saturation one here, so set it to 40
but again play with the numbers.
then i high pass shapened it and called it good.
you can add brushes and text.
