i made a psd for this tutorial i hope it works we are going from Picture 1 to Picture 2

sorry for the oroginal picture being so big but im lazy and i dont want to resize but feel free to ask if you have any questions and if you need this reuploaded anywhere else





1. go to layers new adjustment layers color balance
midtones
-20 20 75
highlights
40 50 70

2. set #49ccfd to softlight 100 percent

3. set c0c0c0 to burn 24 percent

4. now duplicate your base drag it to the top desaturate it and set it to softlight 100 percent

5. now set #7ec6f4 softlight 100 percent

6. right click your image copy merged paste it as a new layer and set it to softlight 48 percent

7. now go to layers new adjustment layer hue saturation lightness and set master saturation to 10

8. go to layers new adjustment layers brightness and contrast set contrast to 10 sharpen then your done!
