Long time lurker, first time poster.
I sure hope I've posted in the right place.
I have a question. Sorry I have no pictures for reference. Anybody remember the Creative Forums? It's long gone, but I remember some wallpapers which have black backgrounds, but their subjects are literally glowing. I would love to incorporate that into icons.
Any advice? Help?
