Animation Shop problem

Ok I have a question i'm having problems when I save my icons in animation shop. They are all becoming really funny looking like this one. Her face is all weird looking


I used to be able to save them and the wouldn't look like that. They would look normal like this one. Any help to figure out what i'm doing wrong would be greatly appricated.
