I'm having trouble with this tut. It's coming out way darker with a lot more contrast than the one you have; I even tried it on the original icon and it still didn't work. Any suggestions?

I double checked it - everything should be fine. I know why you having trouble with my original picture though: after I flattened image in the beginning I didn't have my original picture (and didn't save the cap either), so I just copied the bright base and set it to 'Multiply' and it came out way darker then the original (
