1. Duplicate the base and set it to screen

2. Duplicate the base again, take it to the top and set it to soft light opacity 30%

3. Add a new layer, fill it with FFF600 and set it to soft light

4. Duplicate this new layer, you'll have this (don't worry if it looks bad!):



5. Create a selective color layer:

Reds
- Cyan: -100%
- Magenta: 0%
- Yellow: +100%
- Black: +100%

Yellow
- Cyan: -9%
- Magenta: 0%
- Yellow: -25%
- Black: 0%

Blues
- Cyan: -100%
- Magenta: 100%
- Yellow: -100%
- Black: 100%

Magenta
- Cyan: -100%
- Magenta: -100%
- Yellow: -100%
- Black: 0%

Neutrals:
- Cyan: +52%
- Magenta: -27%
- Yellow: -80%
- Black: +30%

6. Create another selective color layer:

Reds
- Cyan: 0%
- Magenta: +100%
- Yellow: +100%
- Black: +100%

Yellow
- Cyan: 0%
- Magenta: 0%
- Yellow: -100%
- Black: 0%

Blues
- Cyan: +100%
- Magenta: -73%
- Yellow: +100%
- Black: -100%

Neutrals:
- Cyan: 0%
- Magenta: 0%
- Yellow: 0%
- Black: +10%

Black:
- Cyan: +100%
- Magenta: +100%
- Yellow: +100%
- Black: +100%



7. Duplicate the base, take it to the top and set it to soft light opacity 50%

8. Merge all layers

9. Duplicate the new base and set it to soft light

10. Add this texture by
elli (it was bigger than that but I changed it) and set it to multiply

11. Add a new layer and fill it with 74E7FC, set it to color burn and erase everything but the sky!

12. Add this texture by
peoplemachines    , set it to color burn and you're done!
