c: I like it. but if you wanted to lighten it up more you could add a screen layer too. you might have to adjust some of the colour layers though.

nope, not translatable. photoshop doesn't have a smart photo fix :(

excluding that effect, which in reality is just a short cut it is.
Just brighten up the image, and up the saturation a bit.
Smart Photo Fix is just a tool to bring those two concepts and the sharpen tool together in one window. It just saves time.
