great tutoria up there ^^

My simple tutorial:
- crop the image you want
- duplicate the layer
(desaturate the image if you want: layer - adjustment - desaturate)
- sharpen the duplicated layer
- set the duplicated to softlight (optional screen)
- filter - blur - gussian blur

Remember to adjust the opacity and stuff to get the best results.
