Aw, thank you :D I asked the maker, so I'm hoping to get a response from her..so that's okay. Don't waste your time on this..haha. I've already done that :D

It's not quite similar but might be helpful.

1. Duplicate layer- Screen, 30.

2. Color Balance layer. Midtones:
-30, -3, 32

3. Make a new fill layer, and fill with F8FE99. Set to Sfotlight, 20.

4. Selective color layer.
Reds: -100, 26, 100
Yellows: -100, 0, 86, 0
Neutrals: 40, -8, -41, 0

5. Selective color layer.
Yellows: 0, 0, -27, 0
Neutrals: 0, -6, -10, 0

6. Hue/Sat layer.
Master: 0, 38, 0
Reds: 0, 19, 0
Yellows: 0, 16, 0
