Happy new year! =). I've made another tut *grin*. Just can say, that it's very easy and very translatable =D.
Step 1:
Get your base. Do anything you like. I did nothing.
Step 2:
Duplicate your base, and set it to Screen 100%.
Step 3:
Duplicate the Screen-layer. Leave the opacity at 100%.
Step 4:
Make a new layer, fill it with #002456, and set it to Exclusion 100%.
Step 5:
Add this texture, and set it to Screen 100%.
Step 6:
Make a new layer, fill it with #85cde3, and set it to Colour Burn 100%.
Step 7:
Make another layer, fill it with white (#ffffff), and set it to Colour Burn 60%.
And that's it. You're finished. I'd love to see your outcomes =).
