THIS to THIS: 
IN 5 STEPS using the GIMP. I don't know whether or not you can translate it.
1. First crop sharpen, blah blah blah. You know what to do.
2. Add a layer of #FFA000 on Burn 50%
3. Add a layer of #74D1EF on Soft Light 100%
4. Duplicate your base layer, Desaturate it, and set it on Soft Light 100%
5. Add a layer of #7411EF on Grain Extract 25% (it should turn the image a greenish color.)
TA DAH! Your done!
