Easy Icon Tutorial

Here's my first Icon Tutorial being posted on here.  I've done several tutorials but this is the first one that I've posted in a LJ community.

I'm not going to expain where all of the tools are but if you need to know then just comment and I'll tell you.  I only know for PSP7/8/9, but I'm sure people will be willing to help that use PS aswell.  Also if you didn't know Edge Preserving Smooth is the same thing as Smart Blur.  Besides that this is very compatitable with any other program such as The Gimp and PS.

Edge Preserving Smooth, Amount of Smooth = 1
Unsharp Mask, Radius - 1.00, Strength - 50, Clipping - 0
Duplicate Bkgd, Blend Mode - Screen, Opacity - 50
Duplicate Bkgd, Blend Mode - Soft Light, Opacity - 30, Desaturate/Colorize greyscale
New Layer (raster), Flood Fill (#00192a), Blend Mode - Exclusion, Opacity - 50
New Layer (raster), Flood Fill (#00192a), Blend Mode - Dodge, Opacity - 50
New Layer (raster), Flood Fill (#fff695), Blend Mode - Color, Opacity - 5
Merge Flatten Layers  (http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/2671/2zx7.jpg) (Open Texture (http://img140.imageshack.us/img140/4958/3dz6.jpg) (Copy Icon and paste it on top of the texture.
Place it where you want it on the box then delete the rest with the selection tool.
Lower the opacity to 80
Merge Flatten Layers
