Second tutorial of the day! Beginner friendly.
Made in PSC2 but can be translatable.

no curves! just color layers XD



Start with your base



Duplicate base and set to screen 50%



Duplicate the base again and drag to the top. Set to softlight 100%



Make new layer. Fill in with
(A9C6EC) . Set to color burn 60%



Make new layer. Fill in with
(DDC2AF) . Set to multiply 40%



Make new layer. Fill in with
(00204E) . Set to exclusion 50%



Duplicate the base, drag to top. Set to softlight 70%



You can stop here if you want. I decided to add a little pink so: make a new layer. fill in with
(F5C7D4). Set to softlight 20-40%.
