1) Layer>New Layer (Shft+Ctrl+N)2) Duplicate the base three times (Ctrl+J) Or Layer>Duplicate and put the duplicates under the layer
3) Fill the top layer with this color: #160e3b set to exclusion
4) Set the first duplicated layer to hard light and the rest of the duplicates to soft light5) Sharpening is optional, and feel free to experiment with the duplicates and dark blue colors
