Something like this probably.

duplicate base three times (depending on image)
set the first two duplications to screen and the last one to overlay
light blue color burn layer
curves (up the rgb, red, and cyan)
semi-light purple color set to soft light (or blue for the second one)
and if that doesn't look right, then duplicate the base and bring to the top
set that to soft light

when i set it to overlay the picture turns white or blank , what opacities for the color layers and is there anything you can make up for curves? i dont have that setting.
