crop it to 100x100
copy layer and set to screen 100
smug skin nad a small part of the hood (it may not look like a big differnce but it is)
Copy layer 2 time and set to overlay and the other on top screen
take this dark blue colour and set to exclusion 100
take this layout and set to lighten 100
lighten this texture to 100 add text and your done!!
