This is probably a dumb/strange/wtf question, but~
I've seen a lot of those DDR icons lately and I was wondering if anyone had any idea how to make it? I have an idea of what to do in the Animation Shop, but I don't have the brushes or knowledge of how to make it all glimmery or whatever it's supposed to do. :\
I use PSP8 and Animation Shop, and I appreciate any help anyone can give~?
