Blinkie icon..

I am trying to make one of these into an icon...
But i can't seem to figure out how to get my Animated picture ontop of a blinkie..

What mizzadamz. It's tricky, because you have to make sure each frame is exactly the same size (you can make the frames in animation shop if need be), and everything is all in order, or it gets all messed up.
