a light brown or peach (something in that family) and set to multiply or soft light, depending on how you want it.

1.Duplicate base,set to soft light.
2.Create new layer,fill layer with #052463 and set to exclusion.opacity 100%.
3.Create new layer again, fill with #D1FFFC and set to color burn,opacity 100% as well.
4.New layer again,this time fill with #720028 and set to soft light,opacity 21%.
5.Another new later, fill with #FFDFC3 and set to multiply,opacity 41%.
6.Lastly, duplicate the base again and bring all the way to the top and set to soft light.
