looks like curves with a black/red gradient set to lighten

Looks to me like death by brown multiply.

Perhaps a Dark Blue Exclusion layer, and then a Beige/Light Brown Multiply Layer.

Eh, I used to like this effect til it became so overused...Light blue layer set to color burn then there is a purple gradient set. I achieve that peachy color with a soft pink/peach layer set to Color burn but it can be achieved many ways.
