does anyone know how to make the falling snow like the one they have at www.dafont.com/en?
like the snow falls, and it piles up on the bottom. :)

Have you looked in memories? I've seen a few tutorials on making a snow effect in the past few months.

i looked in most, not all cause i didn't have enough time :X
but it didn't really show like how to make it pile up at the bottom :\

The falling snow effect on dafont.com's logo is a Flash animation which cannot be replicated as an animated GIF due to the Flash animation containing both a looping element (falling snow) and a non-looping element (snow buildup).

well you could always just make an animation of it and loop it, so the snow would pile up, vanish and pile up again.
