So I've been wondering about this for awhile, has Adobe Photoshop Elements got any version or incarnate of the tool "Curves" I've heard so much about?
Usually, when it's called for in a tutorial or something I up/mess around with the saturation insted.
I've looked around a bit, but no luck.
