I use Animation Shop. I was wondering if you could describe what 'tween' does so I can find a similar effect?

Tween creates intermediate images between major points in the animation. So when I tween two different frames, extra frames are added between them making the first one fade into the second one. In this case, the tweening makes it look like the smoke is actually waving instead of looking choppy.
