Okay, this was made by someone in a Russian tutorial group and the person who made the icon and tutorial tried to explain it to someone in English but what she said didn't help me at all. So if anyone knows how to do this please share! I've seen it on a few other tutorials but they didn't do it the same way and when I tried the others they didnt really come out good...so yeah.
