I found this truly breathtaking pictures on Pinterest and I'm in love with the coloring. Any idea how I can make my photo look like it?

The background is softened, either by the lens itself or by the use of filters in Photoshop. They have used subtle yellow filters. I'll try making a tutorial right now with Photoshop. :)
