Question about photo effect.
Hello everyone, I'm really not certain whether this has been posted because I don't exactly know what people call this effect.
Anyhoo, can anyone please tell me how to achieve this effect on photos?
the way their hair and features just look ethereal or something.
I've tried Gaussian blur and sharpening and other stuffs but it doesn't really look the same :/
