glowing text on gifs?
I'm not entirely sure of how to achieve this text effect. I realize that I could go about it the long way and add an outer glow, slight blur, etc. and adjust the settings for each frame to create a similar glow/haze, but I feel that there's another, easier and more direct way of achieving it. A combination of blending modes possibly? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
