I'm afraid I don't know how to fix it, other than reinstallation, but I do know that for me it came up because there was no Bridge on my computer for it to find because I'd never installed Bridge itself. If you're using a portable version, that's what will come up, I know. I'm not sure if just installing Bridge would help or not. When I upgraded to CS5, I was sure to install Bridge, and I no longer get that error.
