flashing gif effect?
First time posting, I hope I did everything alright. I've been seeing this effect on a few gifs floating around tumblr, and I was wondering how I could acheive it. I know how to fade frames into one another, but I don't understand how to cause the flashing effect inbetween the frames. Thanks if you can help! Gif belongs to writtenineverlastingink.
