Solid Color Layers
Can anyone point me in the direction of a tutorial or something that explains how to use color layers? I've been searching the tags and archives, and the only link i found that i thought might be helpful went to a deleted journal:( I'm fairly competent in photoshop, but i usually use selective coloring, color balance, curves, etc. I don't really know where to begin with color layers. I have seen some beautiful tutorials that use only color layers, but they don't explain how the maker decided to use the layers she used. I guess what I'm looking for is someone to explain to me the theory behind color layers and what kinds of layers set to what what settings give what kind of outcomes.
