Hi :)
When making icons I decrease the size of the images (I like doing icons like the one in the picture) I'm using but when I do that I always lose the detail in the picture. When I try sharpening it, it looks terrible.
Here's an example of what I'm looking for help on:

How do I get the sharpness without screwing up the image? Thanks.
