Are you familiar with the clone tool?

Basically, what you do is, you press Ctrl and select an area with your mouse, then you let go of the Ctrl key and click where you want the thing to be cloned. Sorry, that was really confusing-here's a tut with lots of pics: http://www.novell.com/coolsolutions/feature/15037.html
